Cleanliness

All tools and surfaces are cleaned and sterilized after every treatment to protect dogs from illness and disease.

Conditions under which dogs are accepted for Grooming:

1. The dog must be fit and healthy.  Grooming of sick and elderly dogs is entirely at the owners risk.  Grooming may expose underlying skin or health problems that we can not be held liable for.

2. It must be clearly understood and agreed that whilst every care and attention is given to your dog(s) they are accepted at the owners risk.  Our first concern is for the welfare of your dog(s) so in the event of injury or illness a vet may be called and unless it can be clearly seen that we are liable, all costs in connection with and in the carrying out of this instruction shall be at the owners expense. We recommend dog insurance.

3. Payment must be made on collection of dog(s).

4. The shaving of dogs will dramatically change their appearance.  Hair will be very short and close to the skin.  This may expose existing skin complaints.  Your permission will be required to shave off a matted coat.

5. Under no circumstances do we accept sedated dogs

6. Your dog must be checked prior to grooming for fleas.  If you suspect your dog may have fleas please contact your vet who will be able to advise you. Dogs found to have fleas during their grooming appointment will incur a £15.00 charge.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A DOG THAT PRESENTS A RISK OF INJURY TO ITSELF OR OUR STAFF

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments.  Missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee payable before further bookings can be made.  Dogs arriving late may have to be re-booked and the cancellation fee may apply. PLEASE BE ON TIME.
